Travel and hotel accommodations are not included. Attendees are responsible for booking their own airfare, transportation and accommodations.

How much does it cost to attend Smart Horizons 2027?
Registration pricing is based on when you register:
- Early Bird: $595 through December 19, 2026
- Standard: $795 from December 20, 2026 through March 31, 2027
- Late / On-Site: $995 beginning April 1, 2027
Organizations registering three or more attendees receive 10% off the applicable ticket price.
All attendees must register, including those whose registration is included in a sponsorship package. Airfare, hotel accommodations and other travel expenses are booked separately.

Does my registration include a hotel room?
No. Hotel accommodations are booked separately. Smart Horizons attendees can reserve a room at Talking Stick Resort through the official room block for $189 per night, subject to availability, taxes and applicable fees.
Are meals included?
Registration includes the designated meals and hosted events identified in the official agenda. Additional meals and personal expenses are the attendee’s responsibility.
