2025 Smart Horizons Symposium – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals who register to attend the 2025 Smart Horizons Symposium (the “Event”), hosted by Smart Data Solutions (“SDS”), taking place October 6–8, 2025, at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan, Minnesota.
1. Registration and Attendance
SDS reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any attendee at its sole discretion, including but not limited to behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these terms.
2. Changes to Event Format
SDS reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, format, or venue at its sole discretion.
If changes are made, SDS will communicate promptly with all registrants and provide appropriate updates or alternatives.
3. Health and Safety
Attendees agree to comply with all applicable health and safety protocols in effect at the Event, which may include local, state, or venue-specific guidelines.
SDS is not liable for any illness, injury, or related damages incurred during or after the Event.
4. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their personal items at all times. SDS is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
5. Code of Conduct
The Event is a professional environment. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
SDS reserves the right to remove individuals who violate this code of conduct without refund or further liability.
6. Photography, Video & Media Consent
By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that SDS and its authorized representatives may record, photograph, livestream, or otherwise capture your image, likeness, and voice during the Event.
These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, archival, or educational purposes in print, digital, or other media formats, without further notice or compensation.
If you prefer not to be included in publicly shared media, you must inform event staff upon check-in, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
Registration is required for all attendees and constitutes acceptance of these terms.
